On Tuesday, May 26th, we opened our doors for business!

It is important to note that although we are excited to be open to the public again, we are taking extreme precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers, staff and community.

For the past three weeks, we have been taking the temperature of all of our staff daily as we prepare the store to be opened. By screening the staff, we have established a healthy work and shopping environment.

Until further notice, only ten customers will be allowed in the store at a time. Customers who are in the store are asked to keep at least six feet between themselves, our staff, and other customers. Signs and placards will be posted throughout the store as a friendly reminder to our team and customers to maintain proper social distancing.

We will have transparent protective shield in place at all cash registers to prevent respiratory droplets from passing between staff and customers. We are in the process of having larger protective shields installed in our shoe department so customers can try on footwear with the help of staff without either party coming into direct contact with one another.

We have installed ozone machines in all dressing rooms. After customers try on clothing, the ozone machines will be turned on for a brief period of time. Testing has shown that ozone machines can kill viruses. We have also purchased an ozone closet. Clothing that has been tried on will be placed in the ozone closet after it has been worn.

Our staff will be disinfecting all countertop surfaces and door handles several times a day.

Our staff will be wearing face masks at all times. We encourage customers who are medically able to wear a face covering also.

We understand that while some customers have been looking forward to shopping in the store again, others may be hesitant to come inside and shop. We will continue to offer online shopping, phone consults, and curbside pick up for those who have compromised health or feel safer shopping “remotely”.

We greatly value all of our customers. We want to do everything we can to keep our customers, our staff and our community safe, happy and healthy. By investing in new equipment and implementing new procedures within our store, we are confident we can safely and appropriately serve our community during these rapidly changing times.
