Carrot-Ginger Power Bowl

A power bowl is a complete meal filled with simple, healthy ingredients. Ours begins with a base of hemp hearts, topped with carrots, wakame (seaweed) and cabbage. But it's our flavorful carrot-ginger dressing that takes it to new heights. Chef Jen's inspiration for this dish dates to her childhood, when she fell in love with the carrot-ginger dressing at a Japanese restaurant in her hometown - some things just stay with you. Best of all, no stove required! All you need is cool water to enjoy a delicious meal created by an award-winning chef, in the backcountry, on the road, or wherever life takes you.
